I offer a couple of options with sessions: for those that live in London I can either travel to the comfort of your home, or we can hire a studio that is suitable.
I also offer training via zoom.

YES! Everyone has a beginner at some point, that is what makes the journey exciting. I will look at you as an individual and adjust the class to your ability, yet still make it challenging.

You have the flexibility of being able to do a class anywhere & everywhere & with minimal to no equipment. Classes are usually 1 hour (can be longer if requested) and range from ballet classes of different levels, to Pilates-based classes targeting your muscles to feel stronger & stretch classes to increase your flexibility. (All classes are for dancers and non-dancers).

I suggest wearing clothes that allow you to move your body freely & unrestricted. In terms of shoes, I encourage you to wear ballet shoes for ballet classes and either barefoot or socks with grips for pilates.
Please bring a water bottle, to stay hydrated.

Classes can be tailored with or without equipment - for ballet classes on zoom you may need a portable barre, chair, or a sturdy surface such as a countertop or window sill to hold onto.
