You have the flexibility to join a class anywhere, anytime, with minimal to no equipment needed! Classes typically last about an hour (and can be shorter or longer if you’d like). I focus on Pilates-based sessions designed to strengthen your muscles, enhance flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Each class is adaptable to suit all fitness levels, including modifications for injuries, ensuring a safe and effective experience for everyone

I recommend wearing clothes that let you move freely and comfortably. Choose something that you feel confident in, so you can focus on enjoying the class and getting the most out of your movement! Please bring a water bottle, to stay hydrated.

If you don’t have your own, no worries—I can bring smaller-sized equipment with me, such as resistance bands, pilates ball, to enhance your workout. Whether you prefer a fully equipped session or a more minimalist approach, I’ll make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of your experience!
