You get the most out of your training when you enjoy it!

My classes are a unique blend of techniques; highlighting the core strength from Pilates & the grace of Ballet. The combination of both enhances flexibility, strength & grace. This offers a more diverse & enjoyable fitness experience.

The enjoyment from classes will improve physical fitness however, more importantly will help reduce stress, lift mental clarity & promote overall well-being.

Classes are available online or 1-2-1 via zoom or in person.

I achieved my lifelong dream of working as a professional ballet dancer, which provided me with a deep understanding of the power of movement. After transitioning into teaching Pilates, I discovered a new passion for helping others connect with their bodies & improve their well-being. I am dedicated to reaching out to individuals of all ages & abilities, especially those who sometimes struggle with mental health. My goal is to show that movement can be fun, empowering & a vital part of a balanced life.
